We partner with My Learning Cloud to provide staff with over 110 CPD-certified courses, accessible anytime, anywhere, ensuring flexible, personalised and up-to-date training in health and social care.

Care Certificate

All new staff complete the Care Certificate in-house, guided by our experienced senior team. Through a blend of online training, 1:1 support and practical workbooks, we ensure every team member is confident, capable, and ready to deliver outstanding care

Challenging Behaviour & Breakaway Training

We ensure a safe, supportive environment through expert-led Challenging Behaviour & Breakaway Training, equipping our team with essential skills to manage challenging behaviours in elderly and dementia care.

Staff Development

Professional Development

We support continuous professional development with annual one-on-one sessions with our L&D manager, setting personalised goals to ensure our staff provide exceptional, compassionate care.

Succession Program

Our Succession Programs support staff growth through Senior Levels 1, 2, and 3, with Lead-in-Training and Deputy-in-Training opportunities, creating a pathway for skilled leaders within our organisation.

Apprenticeships

We use the Apprenticeship Levy to fund NVQ qualifications in Adult Social Care at Levels 2, 3, and 4. Several team members have already qualified, with others currently studying. We also support development in other areas, including finance and leadership. This ongoing investment ensures our team delivers the highest standards of care.
