Meet the team
Franco and Vince Ricotta are the two directors of Amber Care Ltd. They purchased Stonebow House in 2005 and have personal experience of a loved one being diagnosed with dementia.
Katie Ives is our registered manager. Katie has completed a CQC Inspection Specialist Course and is currently doing her NVQ qualification Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management with City and Guilds. She is also our registered ICO officer. Katie has been with Stonebow House since June 2017. She was previously in a demanding administrative role and was an integral part of our succession program the last 2 years.
Claire Cook is the accountant and works from Stonebow House on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Any queries on a statement of account will be answered by her swiftly and in time.
Franco’s wife, Annie is involved in the day-to-day business of both care homes. Annie has her Master of Science in Project Management and is a trained accountant. She supports managers at both homes enabling them to provide the best care for our residents.
